CAMPS & WEEKENDS

Getting away can be a great way to grow closer to God, so we offer two types of get away experiences: Camps & Weekends.

Camp is a three day get away where kids stay at an accredited camping facility. In the past we have used Pine Valley Bible Camp in Ellwood City and Grand Valley Christian Retreat Center in Rock Creek, Ohio.

Weekends are camp without the travel. We meet at the church on Friday for Bible lessons and activities, then kids return home in the evenings to sleep in their own beds, they return Saturday Morning for a full day of activities, we end with our regular services on Sunday. These are great for younger kids who are hesitant to sleep away from home!

CLASS WARS

It's every class for themselves during the last few weeks of October. Kids are challenged to bring their friends in a competition to see who can get the most visitors in a four week period. Each week has a theme that the kids dress in. Past themes have been Hat Day, Crazy Hair Day, Bible Character Day, Ultimate Fan Day, Future Profession Day, School Color Day, etc.

We always end the competition with Pajama Day on the first Sunday in November.

SUMMER SPECTACULAR

Our Vacation Bible School is held around the last Sunday in June. This event is the highlight of our year! Over 500 kids & leaders experience God's love through crafts, games, snacks, Bible lessons, large & small group times.

The program runs Sunday - Wednesday & concludes with a Family Night on Thursday. There are two sessions: Morning & Evening.

BREAKOUT

Breakout is a 4 year discipleship program designed to move

kids forward spiritually much like the CLASS program for

adults and teens. This program is for 3rd - 6th graders and

will follow the Wednesday Night Schedule for the adult

Growth Groups with breaks accordingly. Emphasis will be

given to relationship building, prayer, Bible memorization,

and practical assignments. Classes are limited and registration

is required. At this time, we are not able to offer on-going registration. Once the session has begun, new students will

have to wait until the following year to begin.

HUDDLES

On Wednesdays, our goal is to connect with God AND each other. Small groups and interaction are keys to growth. We spend time in large group where we hear the days lesson, then we head to our small groups where we take a closer look at the lesson. Here, we also play games, and get to know each other a little better. If your child says they don't know anyone at church, then Wednesday night is the place for them! SUNDAY MORNINGS

Don't wake up on the wrong side of the bed, because

our Sunday morning services are packed full of fun and learning.

We sing energizing music and play fun games. You can earn points for your team by participating in music, answering questions, and memorizing the weeks verse. Each week, the winning team gets to visit "The Bucket of Blessings".

Kids Quest is a small group, discipleship program for children in kindergarten through grade two. Using Bible stories, kids will listen, learn, look and live with safari animals as they complete weekly lessons at home and participate in games, crafts and stories during their small group time at church. This curriculum not only teaches children Bible stories, but also helps them to apply scripture to their lives and prepares children to take the next step in Breakout.
Emphasis in on relationships. First, with Christ, and then with leaders and other students.
